Mallard Cove is a floating home community in Eastlake at 2600 Fairview Ave E. It was established in 1978 and became a co-op in the late 80s. Today Mallard Cove is home to 20 floating homes. The floating homes all float on concrete floats that are 34′ x 34′. Each home gets two parking spots in the adjacent parking garage.
