Wandesforde is a floating home dock in Eastlake home to 13 floating homes. Surprisingly it has two addresses. 2035 Fairview Ave E for the south side of the dock at 2037 Fairview Ave E for the north side. Wandesforde is a dock where the floating homes lease their slips from the dock owner (instead of owning the slips themselves). 12 of the 13 homes are on month-to-month leases. Only one home on the dock has a long term lease. Homes on the north side of the dock enjoy a wide channel thanks to the Boston Street End.
