Ward’s Cove at 2821 Fairview Ave E in Seattle is home to 11 floating homes on Lake Union (but has room for 12, one slip remains undeveloped) and is one of the newest and most premium floating docks on Lake Union in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood. Each home has views of Lake Union that range from good to great and each home comes with one an off-street gated parking spot and membership to the marina club.
Ward’s Cove got its name from the Wards Cove Packing Company who used to own and occupy what is now a floating home community, marina, office building and luxury townhomes. Local architecture firm, atelierjones did the master plan for the floating home community.
Sales for the floating home slips started in 2008 and ran through 2014 with prices ranging from $575k to $1.2m. The only dock to sell slips more recently is Stillwater in Portage Bay.
