Lee’s Mooring is a floating home community in Fremont at 933 N Northlake Way. Fremont’s only floating home dock, it was established in 1990 and is a condo with some homes sitting over DNR water. Lee’s Mooring is home to 15 floating homes. The floating homes all float on concrete floats and many have secure parking spots at the head of the dock in a parking lot secured by a gate (secure parking is a rarity for floating homes!).
